Vendor must be respectful at all times
Forza Entertainment has the right to refuse vendor applications and/or dismiss vendors for disregarding rules & regulations and will not provide a refund
Halloween Notte/Forza Entertainment is NOT Responsible for Lost or Stolen Items
I have read the rules and regulations and agree to abide by them. I understand the balance of the fee is due no later than November 27. I understand Forza Entertainment has the right to dismiss my person and my business from the premises should I or anyone associated with my business not follow the rules and regulations. I understand there are NO refunds.
