* All Vendors May Sell Soda or Water but at the Same Price Set by the Producer

Vendor is responsible for trash removal
Vendor must be respectful at all times
Forza Entertainment has the right to refuse vendor applications and/or dismiss vendors for disregarding rules & regulations and will not provide a refund
Halloween Notte/Forza Entertainment is NOT Responsible for Lost or Stolen Items

I have read the rules and regulations and agree to abide by them. I understand the balance of the fee is due no later than Oct. 1. I understand Forza Entertainment has the right to dismiss my person and my business from the premises should I or anyone associated with my business not follow the rules and regulations.
